SALON POLICIES

To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our policies:

  • 7-Day Service Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gel polish or enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us promptly to schedule a fix.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds on any services. If you are not satisfied, please inform our staff before leaving so we can make it right.
  • Health & Safety: For your protection, please inform our technicians of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your service.
  • Child Safety: We love kids! However, for safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to run or play in the salon.
  • Right to Refuse Service: South Shore Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or whose condition may pose a risk to others.
  • Valuables: South Shore Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
